Customer Review: From an aging Leica user...

You can get the same camera with a Panasonic label for a lot less money, but Leica is part of my photographic roots, so I paid the premium for a little more style, and a nametag.
The camera itself is good for a point-and-shoot, and the added image stabilization helps get sharp pictures. Shutter lag is not bad, and you can take several pictures very quickly in burst mode. Low light and flash photos suffer, as I suppose they do on most ulra compact cameras. It is also easy to push buttons at unwanted times. I'd also like to see a little more manual control over speed and aperature.
I wanted a camera that I could have with me all the time that took good pictures. The Leica is exactly that. I'm not disappointed.
