Customer Review: Major Improvement over D-Lux 3, Very Proud Owner

I LOVE this camera, especially with the handgrip. I hear complaints that it won't zoom out far enough, but read the manual and remember Leica's generally are superzooms cams to begin with. That being said, I find it very easy to use, especially how quickly I can set the custom WB using the quick dial. Scene modes like pinhole are a blast, and compared to my D-LUX 3, this camera is a big step forward. Low light shoot is incredible!!! I almost never use the flash.
Negatives:
The viewfinder is a bit lame and overpriced, but it you are shooting at minimum mm's, it can be helpful there.
GET THE HANDGRIP!!! Completely changes the camera for the better.
This camera isn't for everyone, but do your homework and find out what you need. Positive: 4 aspherical elements packed into this little thing...
I love it, you may not, but it is WAY more flexible than you may think!
